Kady Seabrook CertRP MIRP
Kady has a vast amount of experience within the healthcare recruitment industry having previously worked for one of the largest care recruitment agencies within the UK. Within his time there, Kady had 3 successful promotions from Consultant to Senior and then to Branch Manager by launching a new flagship branch for the company within Cardiff.
Kady was then brought into Nos Da Healthcare as a Business Development Manager to discover new opportunities and help further develop the company. Kady has now been appointed as a Company Director to further the development of this company.
Under Kady‘s guidance, Nos Da Healthcare has since gone from strength to strength and have now successfully launched two new offices within Swansea & Wrexham and have opened up to multiple different sectors. Alongside this growth within Nos Da Healthcare, he has overlooked the set up of a new business within England, our sister company; NDS Healthcare.
Carole Rees Williams
Carole has extensive experience in the healthcare field having held positions as CIW Healthcare Inspector, Director of Care, Registered Manager, Prison Nurse, Registered Nurse & Healthcare Trainer amongst other roles during her illustrious career.Carole is Nos Da Healthcare & NDS Healthcare’s Clinical Lead whilst also carrying out In House Training for our Southern branches. Carole’s meticulous approach to compliance is a major factor in Nos Da’s exceptional portfolio of Healthcare & Nurse staff.
Carole holds the Patient & Manual Handling Trainer (Level 3) Award and First Aid & Basic Life Support Trainer Award where she puts Nos Da Healthcare new & existing staff through their paces on our weekly training sessions.
Carole is registered with the NMC as Practice Lecturer. She is happy to assist all of our nurses with revalidations, training or just general advice and they can rely on her for ongoing support.
Rebecca Albiston
Rebecca has a wealth of experience within the healthcare sector, particularly in the recruitment, compliance and development of healthcare staff. Having previously worked for leading healthcare & mental health providers across the North West, we originally offered Rebecca the role of Recruitment Consultant within our Wrexham office back in early 2022.As expected, Rebecca has really stepped up within the role and alongside her already polished compliance & recruitment, Rebecca has developed her client servicing & business development aspects which then led her to become the Wrexham branch Team Leader.As the business has developed we have delved deeper into each individual’s skill set and Rebecca was seen as the ideal candidate to become our National Complex Care Manager as we enter this division and provide private care packages to individuals within their own home. This being a fairly new sector, we are already extremely happy with Rebecca’s performance in this role and we are looking forward to watching her develop this part of our business.
Rachel Moses BA (Hons), CertHE
Rachel boasts a degree in Business which shows in her mindset in day to day work. Since joining Nos Da Healthcare & NDS as our Marketing Manager back in early 2022, we have seen dramatic changes across all of our social media platforms which has brought more attention to our business and helped greatly with our fast growth.Albeit being our marketing manager, Rachel also controls our NHS department. Rachel’s previous role was for a successful recruitment agency who stood strong with the NHS, she was the brains in this business and pulled the strings as their operation manager. Rachel has also had many positions in other large corporations as a marketing manager and uses that experience for the better of the business here at Nos Da & NDS Healthcare.Rachel is a workhorse who works all hours ensuring that the business is efficient within their marketing strategy and campaigns. We are looking forward to a bright & successful future with Rachel at the helm of our NHS delivery & Marketing.
Ashley Goddard
From Client to Colleague! Ashley previously worked within a large Nursing Home as a Senior Administrator. Ashley had worked her way up in every position within this home showing her solid attitude and loyalty, she worked as a Activities Coordinator, Kitchen Assistant, Healthcare Assistant and Senior Care Assistant before making her way into the office at the home.During her role within the nursing home, Ashley worked closely with Nos Da Healthcare using our services as a client.Due to her impeccable attitude and attention to detail, Ashley was offered the chance to join our company initially as a Recruitment Consultant. As expected, Ashley flourished in this role and was promoted to Branch Manager of our Swansea operation when there was an opening. Ashley built extremely strong relationships with clients across the West Wales area and streamlined the compliance in this location to an efficient standard. Swansea branch needed someone to steady the ship and this is exactly what she did.Ashley is now our Branch Manager for Swansea and we look forward to her development of the Swansea branch success under her leadership.
Rhianne Schofield
Rhianne boasts 11 Years experience in Recruitment and HR, Rhianne commenced employment with Nos Da Healthcare in 2022 and has been a breath of fresh air to our Swansea operation.Rhianne’s day to day productivity and her relentlessness to ensure all clients are covered and that all of our agency workers have the work required is exceptional and is a huge reason for our growth in West Wales.
Dan Watkins
Daniel joined the Nos Da Team in July as a payroll officer and has been a great asset to the payroll department. Daniel has a wealth of experience in different aspects of finance which he has gained over a period of several years. During Daniel’s short time with Nos Da he has completed all tasks of payroll including invoicing and payroll with great accuracy and he will only further improve the payroll department as the business grows. We are extremely lucky to have Daniel working with us at Nos Da and we are extremely excited to see Dan’s progression in the payroll/finance department!
Kane Rees
Kane originally joined Nos Da Healthcare as a Business Development Consultant for our Bargoed office with previous experience in both sales and recruitment and looking to apply these to Healthcare Recruitment.Kane immediately brought a positive influence into the Bargoed team with his personality and drive, building a great rapport with our client and staff base and increasing our performance weekly and hitting records along the way.After only a short period in his role, Kane was offered a promotion to become the Branch Manager for Bargoed. We are excited to see what more Kane can bring to the business and see him develop into an exceptional recruiter.
Joanne Lehaj
Joanne has worked for Nos Da Healthcare for 10 years. She has worked in many roles including working as a carer on our agency books to begin with, since this she has held positions as an On-Call Administrator, Compliance Coordinator and Recruitment Consultant. However she has certainly found her feet in her role as Client Service Consultant and oversees our very busy Bargoed branch for all shifts booked.Her experience helps Jo to relate to our workers and liaise with them with a high level of understanding. Jo assists in a varied role in which she contributes to filling shifts for the branch as well as helping with recruitment for healthcare assistants.
Lowry Gallent
Lowry joined Nos Da Healthcare as an apprentice in 2019 and during that time has successfully managed to work her way up through multiple promotions to become the Senior Recruitment Consultant for the whole of our South Wales operation.Lowry has a very high attention to detail and this helps our recruitment process run efficiently which helps the growth of the business and helps our agency workers get into work promptly.Lowry’s performance increases every month and is always overachieving on delivering KPIs and other targets that are set for her. She has a huge future in recruitment and with Nos Da Healthcare.
Bianca Thomas
Bianca has joined the Bargoed team as an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator working directly under Lowry. She has already become a welcome addition to the team and over the next few months, we are looking forward to supporting Bianca through her apprenticeship program as well as learning the ropes of recruitment and compliance to meet the needs of the branch.
Gemma Crabbe
A veteran when it comes to Healthcare Recruitment having over 13 years of experience in the sector.Gemma started her journey working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare recruitment agencies and progressed from Consultant to Business Development Manager where she was tasked to build strong working relationships with healthcare organisations across the UK.
Gemma joined Nos Da Healthcare in 2020 to launch our new office Wrexham in North Wales. After taking this branch from strength to strength in a short space of time, Gemma was promoted to our Regional Manager overseeing the North side of our business; Wrexham and sister company NDS Healthcare in Liverpool.
She is very well thought of in the healthcare industry and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge & key contacts with her to the business.
We feel extremely privileged to have an exceptional recruitment professional leading our North branch network and have extremely high hopes for her future.
Daisy-Mae Deane
Daisy-Mae originally joined us here at Nos Da Healthcare as an Administrative Apprentice on a 12 month apprenticeship contract. During this time Daisy showed a huge contribution to the team here at our Wrexham Branch. Daisy-Mae is extremely willing, approachable and polite with an excellent phone manner.
Since Daisy’s apprenticeship she was offered a full time role within Nos Da Healthcare as a client service consultant, this was mainly down to Daisy’s confidence and her excellent customer service. Being extremely ambitious, Daisy decided to try her hand at Business Development and now leads up our NDS Healthcare Liverpool branch as the main point of contact across Liverpool and Manchester as the Recruitment Consultant.
Emma Stocker
Emma joined Nos Da in early 2023 and after a successful career within healthcare and compliance, Emma brings extensive experience and we are looking forward to seeing her thrive within Nos Da Healthcare. Emma was taken on originally as a Recruitment Consultant where she experienced the 360 role of recruitment and touched on every element of what we do as a business.However, with the keenest eye to detail, and driven mindset, Emma changed roles to become the Recruitment & Compliance Officer for both Wrexham and NDS Healthcare.
Logan Pritchard
Logan will be completing his level 2 apprenticeship in Business Administration through our Wrexham branch whilst he learns the role of a Recruitment and Compliance Officer under the guidance of Emma Stocker. Logan has already completed a business studies course during time in college which shows in the way he has adapted to our company. Logan has also been a waiter prior to joining Nos Da Healthcare and has excellent customer service skills which will help him deal with our client and candidate requests with a positive attitude.
Kelsey Williams
Kelsey joins Nos Da and NDS Healthcare working directly across our Northern network in Wrexham and Liverpool. Kelsey will be conducting all of the training requirements for these branches and ensuring that all staff remain fully compliant.Kelsey has worked as a trainer for the best part of 7 years and is extremely confident. Our staff members have already complemented Kelsey on her training courses and she has a keen eye for talent, regularly feeding back to our North branches about which candidates will be suited for certain clients.We are looking forward to Kelsey taking a lead and developing our training department over time.
Carl Barry
Carl is an integral member of the team and has recently been promoted to Payroll Manager. Carl’s attention to detail and efficiency is second to none and his exceptional attitude is a key reason for Nos Da’s positive response within the payroll team from our clients and candidates. Carl is AAT Level 4 qualified and has a vast amount of experience working for multinational corporations that spans over 20 years within the payroll sector. We are looking forward to watching Carl’s team develop over the near future as we build the business again and open up further locations and extend our client base.
Vicki Davies
Vicki joins the finance team at Nos Da and NDS carrying over 30 years experience within Credit Control, Finance and Debt Management. Having previously worked for one of our main competitors, Vicki has a wealth of knowledge specifically within our industry of credit control and we are expecting her to be a key member of our team. Vicki’s personality and nature is the reason she is exceptional at her job and will liaise and open up with clients to ensure that she understands their position and helps come up with plans to ensure that it makes commercial sense for both parties to continue with the supply.
