TTP Service (Temp to Perm)
12 Week TTP (No Fee Involved) – Our standard TTP tariff where you engage one of our staff for 12 weeks following the declaration you wish to take them on a TTP. The individual works for you through Nos Da Healthcare on a temporary basis on a minimum of 3 shifts per week for a period of 12 full weeks and on the 13th week they become a permanent member of staff, transferring onto your payroll and officially becoming your employee.
If you require a staff member for 4+ weeks, we can guarantee you the continuity of staff. You have the ability to cancel shifts without charge within 24 hours, but we will guarantee you get the same staff member on those 4+ weeks and we will not use them anywhere else. This is excellent for a client that is currently recruiting and is still using ad-hoc agency staff, it will provide you with guaranteed continuity and the cover that would be required.
Our ad-hoc service is operating 24/7. The benefits of this is for the situation when your staffing team and bank staff cannot cover a shift, we will be there to supply you with a highly skilled, full trained staff member which will help you run your business smoothly at a cost-efficient price.
